Skip Course categories Course categoriesMoodle is a course management system (CMS) - a free, Open Source software package designed using sound pedagogical principles, to help educators create effective online learning communities. | Moodle@Learning Technologies is a service provided by the Educational Computing Research & Development Laboratory to allow CECS, ATTD & LTEC faculty and instructors to facilitate communication and collaboration outside of scheduled, face-to-face class meetings for course sections .00x and .01x. It is not designed to replace official UNT resources for online classes, which includes course sections .02x and .03x. Currently, online classes at UNT are served through WebCT. Students If you are a CECS student and you have been instructed to log in to Moodle@Learning Technologies, then simply Login using the form on the right side of this page. User accounts in Moodle@Learning Technologies are unique to this server, and have no relationship or correspondance to any other UNT account database. If you created a Moodle account for a previous class, then use the same username and password as before. If you forgot your password, have Moodle Reset your password and Send you a new one. If you do not yet have an account in Moodle, go to the Create New Account page and submit a New Account form. Note, you will be required to respond to an email to activate your account, so you must provide a valid email address. Also note, some mail servers may treat this activation email as spam/junk. If this occurs, use your UNT Eaglemail address. Please note that your instructor may have set up an Enrollment Key to initially enter your course. If so, you will be instructed to enter the key once. If you do not know the key, please consult your instructor. Instructors If you are teaching a face-to-face CECS class, and you would like instructor privileges and/or a new course created in Moodle@Learning Technologies, please contact the Director of the Educational Computing Research & Development Laboratory in Matthews Hall 322. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your request. Scheduled maintenance for the Moodle will be done on Mondays from 7pm - 9pm, so the system may be unavailable during those times. If you have any questions or comments concerning Moodle@Learning Technologies, please contact the staff at the Educational Computing Research & Development Laboratory in Discovery Park G152. | Skip Calendar Calendar
